Q: What makes the LegalJourney Law Firm different from other law firms?

The LegalJourney Law Firm is a law firm that offers clients legal guidance as they need it.  The online format of our LegalJourney.com website provides you an easy, convenient and secure way to communicate with members of our staff while we provide you legal guidance through your life's journey. The LegalJourney.com website also serves as a centralized place to create and store your own legal documents when you take advantage of our online legal services that provide online access to attorney prepared legal documents for a fraction of the cost charged for similar services received from a traditional brick and mortar law firm.  Yet, unlike "form only" or "do-it-yourself" solutions, our online clients benefit from having both direct access to legal guidance from a staff attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and the LegalJourney.com online legal services Guarantee Policy.

Q: How secure is the data I provide to you within the online questionnaire?

When you answer the questions in a Rapidocs Questionnaire your answers are enclosed within a Rapidocs "envelope" which itself is 128-bit encrypted. This is the highest level of security. Only our law firm has access to this data and your relationship is protected by the Attorney/Client privilege. We have taken extra steps to ensure that no unauthorized party will ever have access to your data.

The only personal information that is stored on our server is your essential contact information, including your email address. We use this information to create an account for you where your Rapidocs files are stored or we use this information to contact you about your documents.

Access to the client database, which contains your contact information only, is restricted and subject to the confidentiality requirements of the Attorney/Client relationship and the Privacy Guidelines of this web site.
